It's the Arrowhead Teardrop Car from the 30s. Really weird promo car, there were a ton of one off teardrop shaped designs in the 30s, taking the aerodynamic streamlining to the furthest conclusion. Might make an interesting segment if you can find info on some more of them, like the Norman Bel Geddes design or the earlier Alfa Aerodinamica
