No we don't. We need to kill the people actively fighting against the revolution with arms or being active threats to it in other ways. Everyone else can be reeducated or put safely away in prisons-but-not-prisons or whatever.

And reeduction isnt a civility thing. In fact reeudction requires you to be pretty uncivil!
