AES Podcast is really great. Its also not a 3-hour yap fest. Episodes I've enjoyed recently are the 3 part series China and the Is The Soviet Union Totalitarian. But the whole back catalog has something to offer.

Thus far I have only (extensively) listened to lib podcasts like the "The History of Rome" and "Revolutions" (only the October revolution part ie. the last 'season') by Mike Duncan and just recently started listening to "The History of Byzantium"

Since most of the major English ones which I have saved in Antennapod (can rly recommend this free/libre podcast app) were already mentioned, I thought I'd recommend smth different; a leftist mental health podcast:

It's Not Just In Your Head

    The description:

Two mental health professionals explore how our capitalist economic system impacts our emotional lives. From precarious housing and employment, to unaffordable healthcare, to endless debt -- it's not just in your head!

I haven't given it a listen yet, but have heard good things about it
