I saw an ad for the RCA (revolutionary communists of America) on TikTok. What are they? From what I can gather on the mobile site, they do recommend readings from Marx and Lenin, but also from Trotsky, so what are they exactly?

despite what seems like an attempt to distance themselves from Trotsky I read a few articles on their site and I can't take a group seriously if they are ambivalent about Stalin. but that's why I'm a weird recluse I suppose

        i wanted to update.
they are a split from the IMT but it seems they aren't 6 people reading books all day.
they also seem to have a very good grasp on how to communicate to radical but unorganized people which, even if you don't like their politics, would be worth emulating.

Oh my god, thank you for asking this question because I would also like to know. I came across them the same way you did, on TikTok, and I believe I follow someone who is a member but I haven’t gotten much info from their videos. Are they affiliated with the RCP, that’s another acronym I’ve seen thrown around and they seem to be international…

I think RCP is the Avakian cult, isn't that just a US thing? But they're different from RCA.

You're correct, https://en.prolewiki.org/wiki/Revolutionary_Communist_Party,_USA. Founded by someone else but he took over as chairman apparently edit: there is however an RCP in the UK that is the UK branch of RCI (ex-IMT)
