A lawsuit was filed in Sonoma County Court on Tuesday after thousands of participants of the Tough Mudder race in 2023 were sickened by bacteria in the water.
I used to. I finally threw out my decade-old Underarmor shirt. It was the comfiest thing in my possesion, but I don't want to associate with that rah-rah shit anymore.
Edit: also the three or four headbands. I loved those tests of masochism.
So I had to bike 3-4 hours a day for work and I liked going on 2 hour runs after that. Getting trained up was almost an accident.
But basically, if you can run 12+ miles and can swim well enough not to drown, it's surprisingly easy. Hell, I know after I quit doing them they started calming down on the total distance.
That's a strong base. Swim well yeah that remind me of the recent crossfit drowning incident. I need to get a bike. Always prefered it to running especially since I'm on the bigger side
Yep, I'm in ok shape, but def not an athlete by any means. And I finished a Tough Mudder. I mean, it sorta sucked, but it isn't a near impossible event.

How did you train for it? Tbh I've always been weak in endurance. More of a strength guy
