I keep seeing these and each time the first reaction is " this can't be real"?

Imagine being this needy for attention, this pathetic. Wonder if he posts these himself only to comment on them later? Imagine buying a whole big social thingy just to do this. This stuff breaks my brain a bit, this is a level of pathetic I did not think possible.
