My drunk mom just called to ask if I'm going to watch the debate. I said maybe. I've already decided who I'm voting for. She perked up immediately. So I'm voting for Biden? Of course not.
Then I got the usual "not voting for Biden is a vote for Trump."
If I had a nickel for every time I heard that..
Please. Just fucking put me in a coma until January. I'm so tired of libs talking to me like I'm Literally Hitler and acting like I'm the unreasonable one.
Every time you hear about how not voting for the democrats is a vote for Trump, remind them that that means Trump won the popular vote in 2016 by a massive landslide.
That's a good idea. Thanks, comrade. My approach clearly isn't working.
I keep trying to go to his history -- crime bill, anti-integration, Scalia, etc. -- but I just keep hearing that people can change, that it's not fair for me to judge him for things he did years ago. What the fuck else am I supposed to judge him on?
If I'm at a cookout and I hear some guy dropping N-bombs or bragging about how he beats his wife, then he's shown himself to be a piece of shit. I'm done with that person. It's not on me to give him an infinite number of chances to prove he's changed.
God, so many of these libs sound like they're in an abusive relationship. He's changed this time! I swear!
