They be like there are immigrants among us , that we cannot see , so lets bring a bill and send those immgrants to concentration camps , since india does not give citizenship by birth since 1986 , they may force millions ( whoever they dont like , minorities , muslims , tribals ) to declare themselves immigrant and apply for citizenship by naturalization. Take away their voting rights and properties held by them ( that way the govt can capture tribal land). The sad part is they are already working on that !
