This is the least fucking consequential election perhaps ever. At least since one of those mid 1800s "we both enjoy slavery and won't change a thing!" elections. Actually feels like we're in one of those eras similar to those decades before the US civil war where both sides essentially agree, or won't agree to change anything anyway, but the other side takes a further right wing stance and just accuses their opponents of being pro-abolish.
