The second half of the page is more of the same. Pretty sure you don't need a special kit to wipe your screen with a little rubbing alcohol.

Don’t use alcohol to clean your screen. It will destroy the oleophobic coating and your phone will become a fingerprint magnet. Just wipe it on your shirt or pants, or if it’s really a problem a plain dry tissue (not one of those moisturized ones)
If you really “need” a liquid just use water.
True, but only if:
a) Your phone/screen protector ever had an oleophobic coating
b) Your phone is <1 year old, by which time the coating will wear off anyway.
I don't think it really matters in most cases.
All modern phones have an oleophobic coating. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever encounter a glass touch screen phone without one. I’m pretty sure even my iPhone 3G had one because I remember it getting dirty faster as it got older. Same with screen protectors. I’ve encountered a few that obviously had no sign of a coating, but most have something. The dollar store one definitely didn’t.
And idk about you, but the coating on my phones last a lot longer than a year. Maybe it’s down to how I take care of my devices but the coating lasts a lot longer than a year. My previous phone I had it for only 2 years but its coating was still going reasonably well when I sold it. That was with a screen protector though and I could easily just swap that out for another 2+ years.
What about for sanitization?
Don’t? I don’t work in healthcare or with a lot of sick people, and I keep myself clean so I don’t worry about it.
Plus in theory the coating helps repel bacteria a tiny bit. https://www.thierry-corp.com/plasma-knowledgebase/oleophobic-coating
I just feel like my phone is the dirtiest thing around, I'm constantly touching it, leaving it on random surfaces, in the grass, etc. I can't wash my hands as often as I touch my phone, so it gets dirty (and my work dirties my hands and I often need to use it quickly)
So idk I use Windex on it
I don’t do any of those things with my phone. It’s either in my pocket, in my hand, or maybe back down on a table, but never screen down.
But I’m also a freak and religiously wipe my thumb on my shirt before touching my phone to minimize streaks.
I can't avoid doing them so
I absolutely do not care in any way about an oleophobic coating which has probably been gone for years. But it would not stop me from cleaning a brand new phone periodically because phones are pretty gross and the oleophobic coating is not going to last anyway.
