    Oh that looks so good! Bulgur meat is amazing, I've done a smoky chorizo a few times, super good!

      Oooh thats a good idea, this was really highly spiced to go with the plain pasta but not really very smoky. I think next time I'll add chipotle and smoked paprika

      There's a local place here that always has some vegan friendly option. It's ran by a married couple and I think she is vegan. But they occasionally have a house made vegan chorizo that is made of chopped walnuts or pecans. I donno how the do it but it's fantastic.
