The context is that Bolsonaro before losing the election, made one final speech saying that he was "Unkillable, Unfuckable and that he would never had erectile disfuction (Theres a slang for that in portuguese)". Then he asked his supporter to shout he will never have erectile disfuction live on TV.
Then he lost, and is now doing scams like Trump, one of those is this medal. Recently a supreme court judge, not moraes, mocked him saying that the elections are Unfraudable, uncorrupted and unfakeable.
