If I'm at a loss on what to make I usually just toss tofu cubes in corn starch and fry, then add it to the end of a stir fry so they stay cronchy.
I ended up doing something like this but I cut the block into too many tiny pieces that crowded up the pan and became a pain in the ass to flip 🥲 still tasted great though!
If they end up sticking together in a sheet that counts as one tofu.

I got take out, decided to try general tso's tofu and it was good with the sauce.

I miss Tofu. They should bring him back, but this time just add him to the main story, imagine, he stands around and interacts with the characters, but nobody explains why there's a giant tofu there. I think that would improve the newer games a lot
