Alright, if you want to be the suggestions box, here goes. Well hold on let me unpack my own dickishness here, I meant Eternity and Voyager (henceforth referred to as Fedorager) let me double check Jerboa, I am on Android right now. Okay Eternity and Jerboa do not seem to have any mod log. Fedorager limits the modlog automatically to actions against your account.
It would be nice to have a comments tab on any of the app instead of just having the post feed, but the "next page" button on the website comments feed has been broken for over a year now so I am not holding my breath.
The modlog itself needs to at least have filtration by instance - even if mods want it to have limited transparency so nobody knows who to try to relitigate reasons for banning to. (Suit yourself! There are other ways of dealing with pointless mod actions than asking politely.) Everything from all federated instances going into one trough is clearly a fuck you to anyone reading it.
Tangential to this, reminder that the way images are handled on here is ridiculous. If I post a picture of my asshole and it only gets community banned or in general not purged, it hangs around in the modlog. If I paste my asshole and don't post it, it hangs around on the server until someone notices. That is really threadbare. If you want examples of how real websites deal with that situation I can provide several.
Ah well i mostly care about only the official lemmy-ui. All the other frontends are awful and missing major stuff anyways. Yeah, the image stuff is lacking, but lemmy at least keeps track of all images uploaded by users, whether they are posted or not.
Comments RSS or browsing, and modlog filters are really the only main UI things that stand out to me as jank.
The apps suck compared to the normal UI in browser but I like downloading more buttons for my phone and smashing that share button. Fedorager can handle links decently similar to the Mastodon/Misskey lookup that works on most URLs from other instances. Apart from rapid fire posting that is all about all they are good for. I guess hiding read posts is a lot easier in apps. It works like read on scroll for RSS stuff. Also Eternity saves your place in the timeline like most Mastodon and Misskey apps do.

Also it is kind of weird having no tools for friending or following people even if just in private lists.
