Boy did I pick a shitty time to quit, huh? Anyway I got the gum again and so far it's been helping with the cravings. I'll update when I hit 3 days, that's when chemical dependency passes.
I hope so, thinking about it today I'm sick of smoking/vaping, enough is enough.
You can do it, comrade. Try to keep yourself occupied and engaged with things, just preferably not things you're only used to doing while smoking tho. I'm sure you know all that already, but those kind of small reminders were helpful for me.
You got this.
Remember, relapse is not a failure but part of the quitting process. You can do this!

The secret is that there is never a good time to quit. You just gotta do it. Good luck comrade
Precisely- I thought I had picked a bad time, 2020. 4 years smoke free, though. My brain/body just knew it was time, and had to commit to the quit.
Two and a half years here, after I don't even know how many failed attempts. I quit in the middle of a mental health crisis that I didn't even realize was happening until a couple of months later, when I had a breakdown, lmao. Amazing timing
Good luck. I'm 4 months in and apart from a minor blip it's been quite easy once I got passed the first week.
Good luck. Get a flavor only vape if you miss the motion. Try wellbutrin and mushrooms if your brain is stuck and you end up needing to quit towers of Hanoi style. And remember we all want you to get your lungs in good shape, including some cardio. Could be important soon.
