Images of a modest middle class vacation

FBI: this should make you feel bad, that modest middle class vacation is at the cost of the publishing company CEO's second yacht being smaller than he promised his children. It doesn't even have a helipad!

See, poor student drowning in debt? These people are having a mediocre vacation! Don't look up how much money the publishing companies make btw

This is how they're spending it:

    • rainbow weather machines
    • FEMA trailers
    • supporting gator farmers
    • latest kohls fashion

In my experience it's very common for Z-Library's domains to get seized. My password manager has like 10 different domains connected to the same zlibrary account; 9 of which doesnt work anymore.

Best place you can see the currently working domain is wikipedia.

This makes so little sense to me. One would think that an app would have a wider user base as well as being easier to take down. All they would need to do is run the app and see where it phones home to, then send a C&D to the distribution platform(s).

The onion link (http://zlibrary24tuxziyiyfr7zd46ytefdqbqd2axkmxm4o5374ptpc52fad.onion/) has never stopped working for me. I think it should be the most reliable way to connect to it.

Is the post description bugged out? I see a lot of comments mentioning things that are already mentioned in it.

Here's the post description, in case it is bugging out

The other domains are still online, though z-library has yet to respond

I've seen this 'z-library seized' image shared around much prior to this, but I couldn't find the source

It's unlikely that this was actually done by the FBI

why do you think it wasn't done by the fbi? fbi is public about their campaign against z-lib devs. and the z-lib devs did acknowledge this siezure in may

Because even the worst of bureaucracy employees isn't going to put "this is how [russian cybercriminals] are spending [money]" and place some absolutely weird pictures of a small and cheap house next to a pond, a small and cheap trailer being pulled in snow, a relatively nice but middle-class affordable boat in a swamp, and a family of four by a pool.

well the fact is that they did.

          https://www.whois.com/whois/z-library.se

seizedservers is apparently a commonly used domain to redirect domain seizures to. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/technology/z-library-ebook-site-domains-seized-by-us-dept-of-justice/.

This is none of the domains mentioned in the article, and as far as I know this site was only modified yesterday.

This image has also been floating around for a while, but I don't know how often the FBI reuses target-specific images.

you can do a whois, which shows that the redirect is to a domain used for domain seizures. you should edit your post, as it is factually incorrect.

you're right, but a quick query turns it up as a seized domain https://torrentfreak.com/z-library-more-domains-seized-than-any-other-pirate-site-in-history-240721/

They're destroying whatever credibility they might've had by acting like trolls. Like at this point they might as well be posting racist wojak memes in these cards.

It really doesn't help their cause or make people want to believe them, and even to normies it comes off as extremely hard grasping. It makes them look weaker. It only helps the cause for people who already onboard, which is useless because those people are already onboard, it's preaching to the choir.
