I don't do any cross training, although I should start because I can't move furniture lmao. I've been doing 20/25 mpw for around 6-9 months after a long detraining period in the winter. The only special thing I do is a lot of plyometrics and fartleks, but other than that I just run. I'm sorry if this isn't super helpful though, I think I'm just young with a strong heart and lungs.
