It's a car scene called "slab" it's pretty wacky. Tbh the wheels are the only part that bother me.

I've never actually bothered to look up the what they're for but I always just think of them like those chariot wheels with the swords for cutting through huge swaths of people.

It's totally possible there's some particular obscure and interesting reason that they are how they are and why they became the rim of choice for slab lads. But I assume it's because it makes your car dangerous as fuck to pedestrians, with the added benefit that anyone who's fucking around on their phone wandering into your lane to sideswipe you is going to get the spears. But I mean shit, if someone merges into the side of your show car it's all fucked regardless and the expensive wheels would bet the first to get it.

lol maybe it stops people parking so close you can't get in your car. I could almost approve of that.

It's slab culture. It's one of the few aesthetic car scenes I genuinely don't understand. Even sex spec was within the realm of comprehension. I think it's an offshoot of the lowrider scene.

Not for my honkey ass to understand or judge though. But I have my doubts about the ethnicity of the guy driving that thing. Call me racist but that looks like white boi shit.
