This guy seems like a reactionary looking at his other videos (spreads anti-China lies with zero research or actual sources).
All the comments being "hehehehe two dystopias one peninsula" also doesn't spell any confidence.
Critiquing ROK on one hand and dismissing the DPRK on the other is............ sure is something. With conditions that terrible, maybe it'd be worth learning a revised and more accurate version of the DPRK's history if I was that guy lol
