      I mean they had a dictatorship before the 80s, probably trying to do that again. But you have to imagine his approval rating is even more in the toilet than before, so he basically has to cancel all elections going forward to make that happen.

    I'm guessing they're doing a test run of martial law before they eventually have to do it for real when they start the civil war.

    It is hilarious though, they declared martial law cause the head of state personally felt the vibes were off. Y'all are on the same team ffs

    Moments after I made a comment mocking Yoon for blaming commies for everything I had some smug lib jump at me about how actually north Korea is the real martial law. Then he edited his comment as soon as the vote was announced like alphys-smug bet you feel stupid for joking about Korean democracy now..look how democratic.

    Anyway what an idiot I was for not immediately seeing how good at voteing Korea is. It's all solved now...
