I need help getting to California to take care of my mom who recently was grocery shopping and decided to get a shingles vaccine because she was going to go visit my nieces and my Sister and thought it was a good idea. Shortly after that within a few days her arms and legs began burning and itching severely to the point of scratching herself raw. She went to the hospital a few days after that because she was experiencing numbness and tingling in her limbs. That led to her becoming completely paralyzed to where she can't walk or do anything now without assistance. She is going to have to do intensive physical therapy to regain basic motor skills. I need help with a plane ticket to go me help take care of her. She has asked me for my assistance and I have to be there for my mom. Please help me. I desperately need to be there for her. I have PayPal my email is ethancampbell639@gmail.com My cash app tag is $EDC639 ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED! God Bless! Thanks again.
GBS and related adverse reactions like MFS can occur after any surgery or injection, not just from shingles vaccines. It can also occur after eating undercooked meat or eggs. It's not actually about the vaccine at all, acquisition of these conditions from vaccination is an example of a Hospital-Acquired Infection. GBS spectrum conditions are caused by Campylobacter bacteria, with about 2/3 of cases being preceded by a confirmed Campylobacter infection.
Paralysis is fairly common, but usually temporary. Definitely sucks and is uncommon enough to be medically interesting, but not necessarily interesting enough that docs would be fighting for publication. I think it would be inappropriate for me to speculate on the legitimacy of the story presented, so I won't do so. You are right that this story has many parallels to anti-vax mythology, but I don't think it's necessarily grounds for suspicion.
this is basically what i was trying to get across, probably worded nicer/better than me. i was never trying to comment on the veracity of the OP.
