some McDonald's employee put in a tip. Kinda sucks if it's really him I thought he would've left by now.

I could be wrong, but they could have just grabbed some guy who traveled to NYC under a fake ID and had a ghost gun and silencer. They also could have just planted that evidence on him. linkfedilink
