So it's generally a matter of opsec and safety. I know that for our chapter, members are welcome to invite non members out to a range openly as an SRA member, but official SRA range events are only open to fully vetted and trusted (fwiw) members. It's a simple precaution.
I've been thinking about joining. Not really to participate but just to support it like most NRA members do. I have my own local group and don't really feel the need to tie it into a national organization
For a while I didn’t think I was ever going to get my invites and such, and had just chalked it up to a $25 donation. Would have been okay with that, but glad I actually got my invites
I've heard they have a lot of weird rules, like that local chapters can't invite people to shoot that aren't official members. Is that true?

Im sure they will get to everyone, probably just a big backlog to work through. It's a good problem to have for them. Congrats on getting in
Thanks, now stop waiting and sign up. Help arm the working class.
