satay sauce made with peanut butter, red curry paste, tamarin paste, vegan fish sauce, palm sugar and coconut milk
tofu cubed and fried in oil with chili flakes, white pepper, tumeric powder, garlic powder, coriander powder and cumin.
added rice noodles somewhat undercooked and mixed with the tofu and satay sauce until reduced and noodles finished cooking.
garnished with fresh spring onion

yeah, i get it at the asian grocery store and it looks like this:

the ingredients just list soybeans, water and salt. but it tastes different than soy sauce. it works great as a replacement for fish sauce in recipes that call for it. i'm surprised looking at the label and seeing that it doesn't have seaweed or something in it to give it that maritime flavor
