I feel like retro midi music like this needs to be a genre, I need more of this in my life.
Call it midicore or something. Whatever it is I like it.

"Tracker music" is a similar sort of genre. Back before DAWs, folks used trackers to make midi tunes. I looooove me some tracker tunes!
