It doesn’t sound like he’s judging the workers, if that’s what you mean. It’s probably not something obvious like wages and healthcare, but I’m guessing he was setting talking about some HR initiative to improve morale. Management isn’t yet dumb enough to think people do it for the love of the game lol.
