Casomorphin is an opioid peptide (protein fragment) derived from the digestion of the milk protein casein.
Most foods don't produce opioids in the human body
Which is why you have to check for casein in products when vegan. Some products which have nothing to do with dairy add the casting just to give you a fix.

That's from Aldi's (green one is their dill havarti). All of that is likely reasonably priced.
