Civilization. If you like Total War get Medieval 2 and download some mods (assuming you haven't already). Bannerlord is fun but not really strategy-heavy. X-com (enemy unknown, haven't played the new one) is kind of like a grand strategy game. You might enjoy old school RTS games too.
