    To be honest I don't really measure anything and freeball everything so all these are approximate

    • 1 cup okara
    • 1/4 cup oat meal
    • 1 can no salt added kidney beans
    • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
    • 1-2 tsp soy sauce
    • tbsp herbs de province mix
    • tsp of yellow and black mustard seeds fresh ground
    • tbsp flax fresh ground
    • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • tbsp ginger paste
    • salt and pepper

    then I topped it with more tomato sauce and baked it for an hour---
