cashapp seems to be the easiest to stay reasonably private on last I heard, or venmo with a non-legal name/username. between those two most USA-based people here seem to have one, paypal is much better international but not sure if you can do it without exposing your paypal email and possibly name to the donater
I've got a PayPal link. Privacy isn't that important. She doesn't even post here
Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal tend to cover the bases pretty well if it's a direct transfer
Cashapp is good too. Basically any service with a phone app is usually very easy to use
