    Doubtful but i hope so cuz the people that put money into real estate and then really got fucked over are the ones who suffered the most.

      Using housing as an investment sector isn't a good thing, it's better for the people that the bubble was intentionally popped.

          People who bought a house to live in aren't suffering. They are living in their house.

          People who bought housing as an investment can handle the the loss. And worse case they can live in one of their portfolio properties.

            There's a lot of tofu dreg'd properties but there's people that bought properties and recieved unfinished apartments. How can you live in an apartment without utilities? There literally were protests and people refusing to pay their mortgages.
