I'm checking out the fan translation of the PS1 Dr. Slump game since it seemed charming as hell after seeing it in a video. I don't know anything about Dr. Slump aside from it being the series Akira Toriyama did before Dragon Ball and that one crossover chapter early on in the Dragon Ball manga.

And if early Dragon Ball is anything to go by I expect much of the humour to have aged like milk left in the sun

Anyway, I did not expect this schlubby professor dude in sandals, tank top and suspenders with that stache to be only 28 years old

    Dr. Slump is fantastic. I've read the manga and I enjoyed it a lot. Sure there's a lot of toilet and boobies humor but god damn it it's charming and my inner 10 year old laughs at it.

    Arale-Chan is the hero of children around the world.
