For this edition of Saturday Anime Night, we’re returning to the much-beloved anime adaptation of Hirohiko Araki’s legendary manga, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, with episodes 1 through 6 of the fifth part, Golden Wind. Expect a whole bunch of muscley guys doing silly poses while fighting other muscley guys.

After that is Sirocco and the Kingdom of the Winds (2023), a French cartoon about a pair of sisters who are sucked into a storybook universe where they are both cats. They must acquire the aid of a weather-controlling wizard to find their way back home before one of the sisters is forced into marriage. Great reviews for this, so let’s check it out. This is the best-known and best-reviewed work to date of French animator Benoit Chieux.
