To save energy, I set my AC at 28℃ in the summer, for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
In the winter if my room temperature wasn't below 8℃ I don't use heating. Otherwise I set it to 12℃.
Apparently I don't understand the very energy consuming 20℃ summers/winters.
