imo it's better for a stopped vehicle to block a car lane than the bike lane
Possibly record and try to go viral on Twitter or TikTok. They could easily identify the driver based on location, time, and vehicle number
Amazon would probably fire them for PR reasons since they do try very hard to have good customer service
