Trolling's a core feature of the culture. The only reason it took me a while to realize how serious some of them were about the stupid shit they said was because I got used to assuming anyone acting like a stupid asshole was just doing it to get a funny reaction.
Yeah exactly, whether you like it or not, there is an art to trolling and that is attractive to people. Even if it's stupid. My personal realization to it was that there's no point to doing it overall and it's generally a net negative. Also, people tend to not like you when you're a troll and I do want to be liked.
I shared some of the dispositions 4channers had when I was younger but was turned off by the Nazi shit. Like clearly, Nazi's are the bad guys.
I wonder if Zoomer's are still getting that message clear.
