minus-squarekilternkafuffle [any]hexbear6·4 years agoRunoffs are normal in Russia/France/South America, but in the US they're only done in some weird minor elections in like Louisiana and Georgia. There might be recounts if it's close though, but AFAIK the Trump campaign has to pay for them. link
