    I've started doing those one pan egg sandwiches with chorizo or whatever sausage (cut up bacon works as well) I have on hand, green onions, and whatever cheese I have handy. The red yellow green works really well for color, the savory french toast is an amazing texture, and the cheese stretch is really good. Season the eggs with salt, white pepper, and mushroom powder.
