This stupid pay period shit meant I couldn’t front cash for payment. So I slid a credit card to make rent. So stupid

Anyway, didn’t have money to go out so I just spent my days cleaning. Wasn’t bad to clean but sucks when you take a step back..

That is but life in a capitalist shithole country, you smug anticommunist muppet. Demoralization through the prideful ritual sadomasochistic acceptance of the status quo and all its barbarisms.

Landlords and all their lackeys deserve to be turned into mincemeat so we can all live in peace. Its that simple.

How are you going to convince anyone about the righteousness of your cause with insults?

I grew up in communist country. Not having money to go out was on the agenda weekly.

You can cry harder you concern trolling maggot. If you werent a rich sack of shit and belonged to the vast majority of humanity then you'd intuitively understand that your rights as a human being come before the profits of landlord parasites. There will be no sugarcoating.

Well, it's hard to argue with such superior level argument from such highly superior being.

I no longer wonder why lemmy.world defeterated hexbear. There are great hexbear users, but close minded shitheads (apologies to regular shitheads) like you make me understand.

Quoting? Nobody, Sneed, get a grip. Highlighting? Your dogbrained lack of thinking in service of conservatism. "People" like yourself ruined the Earth in multiple ways, and now we, the working youth, have to deal with the fallout. Your arrogance stands on nothing but ash.

Lets not forget the fact that you came here, gave your empty words, expected agreement from fellow reddit gentlesirs for your stone age worldview, and then cried for 6 days now because someone flamed you out for demoralization. Jesus christ you're a specimen, Chuck.

weird how this is only "life" for people who have to sell their labor, and not for the people who say they own the things you need to live

Well, that is because I am only one of the vast majority of people who need to sell their labour. I know no other life.

Why not strive to make life better? If you look at a list of nations as ranked by home ownership rates, you'll see something interesting that the top countries have in common. There's a clear solution to this problem.

I agree. I just feel that a bunch of people have unrealistic expectations. Quite a few people I know imagined that shortly after they move out they'll have similar standard of living that their parents had after working for decades. When you're young you want to have fun and you have the time and energy to do it, but not the finances. Is that fair? Yes and no, but such is life.
