I use SportSurge.net, I used to be able to get buttery smooth acestreams on fight nights, but dipshits ruined that. This certainly works well enough though.
LIVE STREAMS
Soccer: footybite.net usually provides a good stream for big leagues. for non-top 5 leagues it can sometimes be a struggle to find a good stream
American Football: nflbite.com is usually pretty good
NBA: nbastreams.xyz is amazing
F1 and NHL (and other sports): sportsurge.net is great
REPLAYS AFTER THE GAME HAS ENDED
NBA: nbafullhd.com provides full-length replays of every game by the morning after, so if you miss a game you can watch it the next day without spoilers
NHL: mygoodstream.pw does basically the same thing as nbafullhd.com but for NHL. apparently it also does it for other sports but i've never used for those so i can't comment on how useful it is
Soccer: hdmatches.net usually provides a replay of a match a day after it's over, but again if you're looking for smaller leagues or teams you might only be able to find highlights. rather than a full 90-minute replay
For MLS, usually the best bet is finding a stream in the /r/MLS match thread. I haven't found a consistently good site since /r/soccerstreams went down.
I use ESPN+ anyway, but yeah, MLS is a trickier one.
billasport.net is pretty good -- this link goes directly to their MLB page. Reliable streams, minimal or no popups to start.
