His Deus Ex video was probably the first time I had a "this is water" moment with capitalism years ago, believe it or not. I think I can probably credit it (in part) for my radicalization. I'm not sure what his political views even are.

I think he's a well-meaning liberal, the kind with the "so open minded his brain might spill out" problem. He spent an entire video trying to good-faith discuss/debate with Big Yud of the LessWrong cult, and that video is painful to watch because Ross Scott was being as generous and softball as possible while Big Yud demonstrated his unique blend of arrogance and ignorance for the run of the video.

Me too. I'm glad he's back in his groove. He sometimes does more modern games but he analyzes those with the same vibes-based approach, which is great.
