    The top 1 percent of the world by wealth and income is like middle class American or European. So yeah no shit, I'm sure a huge percentage of this is just regular business travel.

        Middle class is not the same thing as middle income, middle class means rich enough to own investments, but still not being rich enough to entirely subsist on the purchased labor of others.
