i've heard that for every 1 fighter that there are 10 people behind that person supporting them with logi, morale and, memes are we basically those "10 people" here?

He raises a valid point, but I don't think it's really aimed at us (as in Hexbear) for a few reasons.
Most importantly, that there's no (or minimal) engagement algo here driving previously unseen propaganda to people's eyeballs.
ah, the algo, i had completely forgotten that the media based in the west will boost propaganda to advance agendas in my tired state
hm, thanks for the response, being a relatively new member here would you say that the reasonings would be something along the line that this place is more a place to rest
offrom the landscape that we often reside in?i was a member on lemmygrad and they would make elaborate text walls in the hope of education random passerby .
or what would you say as a a reason for hexbear? i've seen some posts on hexbear where users are discontent with the recent federation, which i imagine some aspects of the exhaustive dunking may be cause for reason.
I dont know that it necessarily has anything to do with the particular goings-on of this site. I just dont think a small leftist site like us 1) contributes much traffic to what it is we're actually dunking on, and 2) more importantly, I just think Roderic is kind of talking more generally when he says "people." Thats all. Mostly #2.
your emphasis on "people" opened a new perspective for me, thanks for clarifying!
It depends. If it's some random user with like 2 likes who posts something dumb, they should be ignored. But if it's something dumb AND funny, then they should be made fun of
I dislike dunking & debunking, not because "that's how they get us to waste our time " but because it doesn't promote the communist alternative.
A part of this article touches on the utility of 'debunking' propaganda
