Honestly you could probably just build a Sten. There are full detailed guides online on how to build one, and that was literally their purpose, a gun you could build at home with minimal training and supplies you could find at a Home Depot.
Is it pretty? No. Will it shoot? Yes. Can you make it for less then 200 dollars? Also yes.
