Sounds like someone who needs mental Healthcare actually. This is pretty common in the US. It's like there was a guy screaming the f slur in our local queer neighborhood. But he was clearly having some kind of mental break. It's just sad honestly (but also a bit scary because it's unpredictable behavior and as a queer person who, at the time was going out in makeup for the first time, I just ended up getting back in my car and leaving lol)
