Do you have a short term fitness goal for the next seven days? This is obviously entirely dependent on what you want out of your exercises.
For example: I just want to have a consistent routine so my goal is to work out at least 6 days out of the next seven, whether that's just a few pushups and crunches with some cardio or something more intense it's just about doing something for me.
I've suspended my membership to my martial arts gym. That sucks because the number of classes I attended was my primary way of gauging my goals (show up 4-5 days a week, at least 2 of them for 2 classes). I'm biding my time doing running and swimming, though even swimming has some strict restrictions on it right now, so that leaves running. I guess my goal is to get 3 days of running in this week. But running is da poop 😥
