I've been spending way too much time trying to find a nice non stick pan to get for my gf for Christmas. I was gonna go with a nice looking one like Equal Parts but found out ceramic coatings dont last as long. Read good things about Misen though was curious if anyone more knowledgeable on what to look for thinks its a good buy. I mostly use it for things like cooking eggs, grilled cheese, hash browns, potatoes, vegetables, quesadillas, maybe making burgers from time to time. I have an induction oven.

Its $50 after discount including shipping and tax for the 10" non stick pan but it would only ship after Christmas. There a better alternative like it? I'm ok with paying up to $100 if its a good pan.

Retail workers don't know shit about the things they sell.

also local stores just buy the cheapest mass produced shit they can get their hands on, buying direct is always gonna get you better shit than just whatever random cheap shit local retails get

the only local Pan Shoppe is instead an arm of a national chain populated by underpaid, overworked teens who don't give two shits about the pans they sale. I'm not picking up a one off artisan saucepan by the local smithy. It's fucking All-Clad and it's available in every goddamned store near and far.

          It isn't laziness. It's what's available.
