I put in a few days of extra activity earlier this week, which was good.
The storm we had in New England fucked up my leg and that being sore the last couple of days kept me from exercising (hard to exercise while I'm rocking a good limp)
I woke up today and felt better, so, I'll put in extra effort tomorrow and Sunday.
