    Deadlifted one day and biked another. I got a foam roller and lax ball and got halfway through the limber 11 for the first time yesterday - can’t wait to do that more. Diet has been cleaner and continuing to avoid being a fatass candy lard at work...every pass by the snacks without caving is a win!
