Is there any particular advantage to stretching early in the day vs. later? I usually stretch in the morning.
Here's what I told all my old clients:
If you sleep in weird positions it can help you comfortably sleep in better positions more comfortably. Some people also find it relaxing/decompressing before bed.
Also, you go to bed (pretty much) every night. So its a set time of day to add it into your routine that is hard to skip where as in the morning if you wake up late/oversleep you can start skipping.
But like... Tangibly? Nothing significant.
